MAILBOX MONDAY/IT'S MONDAY! WHAT ARE YOU READING?

My Mailbox this week is quite heavy - courtesy of two wins and the library. This meme is being hosted for July by Mrs. Q Book Addict.

one of my favourite mystery/murder writers!

Have been trying to get one of her books so this was a good choice.

Then a series of Penelope Lively books!

An author I had almost given up of finding

Two wins! one came to me via the UK and I had to wait six months for it to come this way! Thanks Maria from Fly High.

The other was a win from Heavenali. Looking ever so much to reading this one.

This meme is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey.

The books I am reading right now are a Robin Pilcher (two book in one) and quite a chunkster. Almost finishing the second book and then I will choose one of the above.

I want to read Jennifer Donnelly's books for adults. I really enjoyed her YA book Revolution. The Penelope Lively books look good too. I haven't tried any of her books yet. Looks like you've got some great books this week. Congratulations on your contest wins!

Pretty covers. My favorite read last week was Hereville: How Mirka Met a Meteorite by Barry Deutsch which I read via NetGalley. Please come see what else I'm reading.

Busy in week in books! I have heard Bel Canto is good but haven't read it yet. I've only read one of Elizabeth George's books and found it a bit confusing. I should probably read a few of the earlier ones in the series first.

Have you read the first two books before THE WILD ROSE? Loved them.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I really need to dive into Elizabeth George's series. I've read one of her books so far and keep meaning to read more. I love British mysteries. I have Bel Canto on my TBR pile. Hopefully one day I'll get to it!

Hi Mystica,

What a great mailbox this week, there isn't a single book here, that I wouldn't read.

Penelope Lively books are always a popular choice for me and Elizabeth George's characters of 'Lynley' and 'Havers' are some of the best around. I haven't read too many of the books, but I always try to catch the television adaptations whenever they are re-run.

I hope that you enjoy them all and thanks for sharing.
