MAILBOX MONDAY/IT'S MONDAY! WHAT ARE YOU READING?

Mailbox Monday hosted for August by Mrs Q Book Addict.

I have a host of good reads this week courtesy of a library

This was a collection of short stories. I like the idea of short stories ideal for me whilst travelling and this was already read and reviewed.

One of the blogs had a review on several of her books. So this was timely for me.

I've read two of her books set in Renaissance Italy and loved them. This is of course set in modern times with a very modern storyline.

I've read quite a few of her books and it was only one book which disappointed me. This one has excellent reviews and I am looking forward to this one.

This was a purchase from the church sale and the lady who sold it said that it was very good!

This Tracy Chevalier book was a win from Rebecca. Thanks Rebecca.

The next meme is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey

I am right now in the middle of two books. One is the Katie Fforde A Perfect Proposal (pictured above) and the other is the absolutely gorgeous Adam Dalgleish in The Lighthouse!

Have a wonderful week everyone.

Just my very-humble opinion, but I did not like Revenge at all. Here's my review, if you are interested: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/64970502

I hope you like The Shell Seekers as much as I did. In fact, I would like to reread it. The Sarah Dunant title is one I want to read!

The title for Revenge of the Middle Aged Woman is certainly catchy.

P.D. James is one of those authors that I'm scared to start because I know how much catching up I would have to do. Hope you enjoy though.

I am deep into 'The White Pearl' Mystica thanks to you and will gladly add the 'Shell Seekers' to my (never ending) list! I just saw the movie and found it fascinating. I hope for once the adaption is accurate!
May you also have a great week and don't work too hard! There is always tomorrow!

I don't think I've heard of Snow Storms in a Hot Climate. I will have to look for that one. I've only read one of Dunant's historical novels and I was quite impressed. I do want to read more by her.

I love P.D. James. I've only read two or three of her books, but what I have read, I just loved.

Happy Reading!

I do like the sound of Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman. I have never been very fond of pilcher's novels though I know they are very popular. I hope you enjoy Shellseekers.

Thanks for stopping by Book'd Out earlier
