Am late with this post as I was out of Colombo till 4 pm.
The above from Netgalley.
This is an intriguing one though the cover does not do it justice! from Edelweiss.
Hosted by Sheila at Book Journey who is back from her trip to Australia! Welcome back Sheila.
Reading Matrons and Madams. Dealing with a hospital Nursing Sister and the brothels of the area surrounding the hospital. Interesting and a subject which I have not read in conjunction together ever before!
Hot as hell in Colombo and drooling when I read about six inches of snow here and a foot there!
These all sound really cool! I hope to see you around my blogReplyDelete
Nice mailbox. HOpe you enjoy them all!ReplyDelete
Love the cover of the new Laurie King!ReplyDelete
I like your books this week. I really must catch up with the Mary Russell series.ReplyDelete
Thanks for the welcome back! Your books look wonderful - enjoy!ReplyDelete
Hope the thought of tons of snow helps you cool off! A few of your books grabbed my attention.ReplyDelete
Forget about cold and snow: it's NO fun at all. Although I can't handle too hot weather either. We should equally divide the temperature, wouldn't that be great?ReplyDelete
Dreaming spies sounds good to me. Happy readingReplyDelete
I like the looks of the books you received this week. I hope you enjoy reading them.ReplyDelete
Dreaming of Spies and Just One More Day caught my attention immediately. Love those covers!ReplyDelete
I wish I could send you some of my weather. It's perfect. Somewhat overcast, but the sun peeks through now and then. No snow.
Very interesting selection of books. Enjoy!ReplyDelete
I'm going to be reading Ryder and Ryder: American Treasure soon as well. Hope you enjoy your reads this week!ReplyDelete

I read the first Mary Russell book and enjoyed it but I've somehow never gotten around to reading the second one. I must fix that! Enjoy your week!ReplyDelete
Dreaming Spies looks interesting. I hope you have a great reading week!ReplyDelete
Mystica, I'm not reading much as I'll be out of Bombay for a couple of days. The weather here is cool and pleasant and I hope it stays that way as long as possible. I dread the Indian summer.ReplyDelete
Matrons and Madams sounds interesting, I'll have to look it up! After a week of really hot weather it's finally cooled down today. Hope it does for you too.ReplyDelete

I'm with you fantasising about snow, it's been foul here too. Matrons and Madams sounds like my type of read, I'll keep an eye out for your thoughts although that cover does nothing for me lol. Happy reading :)ReplyDelete
These all look great, but Dreaming Spies caught my eye. Enjoy!ReplyDelete
