The mini biographies at the end were excellent reading in itself but as one reviewer said, it would be preferable to have it at the beginning of each story. I hadn’t read works by some of the writers, and this has sparked an interest in me to delve further.

I don't always love reading short stories, but I might like this collection. I do really like Virginia Woolf. And it has something by Zelda Fitzgerald and Edith Wharton, too? I like their writing as well. :D
ReplyDeleteThis sounds interesting and covers quite a range of topics with the stories. I think I would like the bios in front of each story too in a case like this. I will have to look for this one and give it a try.
