Guilty Creatures edited by Martin Edwards

This collection of slightly vintage mystery stories had something for everybody who is a fan of this genre. Slow moving in some, fast paced in others, quiet characters, forward and pushy characters in others it ran the full gamut of characters which added up to a very satisfying whole. Sent by Poisoned Pen Press for an unbiased review, courtesy of Netgalley.

    I used to read short story collections quite often, but it's been years since I did that. This book might get me back into that mode.

    Martin Edwards certainly has edited many of these Poison Pen mysteries. I like short stories more and more these days. I can sit down and read one with a nice cup of tea in no time occasionally,
